简介

贝萼皂苷元-3-O-Β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷可由贝萼皂苷元-3-O-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-28-O-b-D-吡喃木糖基-(1/6)-[b-D-喃喃糖基-(1/4)-a-L-鼠李喃糖基-(1/2)]-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖解得到。

应用

贝萼皂苷元-3-O-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-28-O-b-D-吡喃木糖基-(1/6)-[b-D-喃喃糖基-(1/4)-a-L-鼠李喃糖基-(1/2)]-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷是一种从Trichosanthes cucumerina L.中提取到的一种三萜皂苷

制备

贝萼皂苷元-3-O-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-28-O-b-D-吡喃木糖基-(1/6)-[b-D-喃喃糖基-(1/4)-a-L-鼠李喃糖基-(1/2)]-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷溶解于MeOH(0.2mL)中,加入TFA(2N,1mL)。将混合物在95°C加热24小时,并通过TLC监测反应。将残留物蒸发,再通过反复添加MeOH以除去酸。最后,使用CHCl3:MeOH:H2O(3:1.5:0.2)经硅胶TLC分析和鉴定,然后使用相同的洗脱液通过硅胶分离得到产物。

    Brine shrimp lethality assay-guided separation of the MeOH extract of leaves of Physena sessiliflora, which is endemic to Madagascar, afforded eight triterpene glycosides Physenoside S1-4 and 16-beta-[(D-Xylopyranosyl)oxy]oxohexadecanyl homologues, Physenoside S5-8. Structural elucidation of these compounds was based on both spectroscopic analyses and chemical properties.
