Diphyllin 是从 Justicia procumbens 中分离出的一种芳基萘木脂素,是一种有效的 HIV-1 抑制剂,IC50 为 0.38 μM。此外,它还表现出对抗水泡性口炎病毒 (VSV) 和流感病毒的活性。Diphyllin 是 V-ATPase 的抑制剂,IC50 值为 17 nM,能够抑制人破骨细胞中的溶酶体酸化。该化合物还能以 IC50 值为 50 μM 的浓度抑制 NO 产生,并表现出抗癌和抗炎活性。
