亚甲基二磷酸四异丙酯是一种有机中间体,可通过亚磷酸二异丙酯和二硫化碳在氮气保护下的一步反应制备得到。有文献报道该化合物可用于制备高阻燃电缆护套管。
制备方法在-5℃至0℃的低温环境下,在氮气保护下,将4 mL(24 mmol)亚磷酸二异丙酯滴加到含有28.8 mmol NaH(1.2当量)的干燥THF(25 mL)溶液中。混合物在20℃搅拌3小时后,再滴加9.6 mmol(0.4当量)二硫化碳。反应过程中,混合物的颜色变为棕色,并继续搅拌3小时。
将混合物倒入饱和NH₄Cl溶液中,并用乙醚萃取。合并的有机层经过MgSO₄干燥后,在减压下除去溶剂。通过真空蒸馏(110-115℃,3.10-2 mbar)纯化产物,最终得到亚甲基二磷酸四异丙酯,为浅黄色油状物,产率为52%。
