  本发明公开了一种环状磷酸酯阻燃剂的制备方法，以三羟甲基丙烷、甲基膦酞二氯为原料，NaY型分子筛作催化剂，在溶剂的作用下，一锅法反应制得双环酯P3含量达90%以上的环状磷酸酯阻燃剂。本发明反应条件温和，操作简单，成本低廉，安全性高，易于实现工业化生产，且体系中不引入DMMP作原料，产品中无DMMP残留，产品纯度和收率高。

  一种高纯度双环膦酸酯的合成及纯化方法，涉及一种双环膦酸酯的合成及纯化方法。本发明的目的是要解决现有环状膦酸酯合成方法目标产物纯度低，热稳定性差，整理成织物后阻燃效果不好的问题。方法：一、在氮气保护下，将甲基膦酸二甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷和离子液体[Bmim]BF4搅拌15min～25min后形成混合液，持续通入氮气并加热至140℃～170℃，继续搅拌并恒温蒸馏14h～30h，得到浅黄色溶液；二、对浅黄色溶液进行气相色谱分析，然后进行柱色谱分离，再经洗脱剂洗脱，利用气相色谱法检测洗脱剂组成，将含目标产物的洗脱剂在0.065MPa～0.09MPa的真空度和60℃～80℃的温度条件下旋蒸除去洗脱剂，得到目标产物双环膦酸酯。本发明可获得一种高纯度双环膦酸酯的合成及纯化方法。
