概述 厚朴酚是从木兰科植物厚朴及凹叶厚朴的干燥干皮、枝皮和根皮中提取的一种活性物质。它具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、肌肉松弛、缓解急性炎症疼痛等作用。
在抗菌方面,厚朴酚对格兰氏阳性菌、耐酸性菌、丝状真菌表现出显著的抗菌活性,并且对变形链球菌有更显著的效果。对葡萄球菌的抑制作用最为强烈。临床上主要用于消除胸腹满闷、镇静中枢神经、运动员肌肉松弛及抗真菌和治疗溃疡。
生境与分布 厚朴常混生于海拔800~1700米山坡山麓及路旁溪边的杂木林中,为喜光的中生性树种。它偏好凉爽湿润气候,并适宜生长在土层深厚肥沃、疏松且富含腐殖质和排水良好的微酸或中性土壤。主要分布在湖北省恩施、建始、巴东、宜昌、利川及重庆市城口、开县、巫溪、巫山、石柱、武隆、奉节等地,云阳、万州、忠县、丰都、涪陵、江津、黔江、彭水、秀山、南川等地也有分布。
植物形态 厚朴是一种落叶乔木,高7~15米。树皮紫褐色,冬芽由托叶包裹,开放后托叶脱落。单叶互生,集生于小枝顶端;叶片椭圆状倒卵形,长20~45厘米,宽10~25厘米,先端钝圆或有短尖,基部楔形或圆形,全缘或微波状;背面幼时被灰白色短绒毛,老后呈白粉状。花与叶同时开放,单生于枝顶,白色且具有芳香,直径约15厘米,花梗粗壮并覆盖棕色毛;花被片9~12枚;雄蕊多数;雌蕊心皮多数排列于延长的花托上。聚合果卵状椭圆形,木质化,每室含种子1枚。
理化性质 厚朴酚为二聚苯丙素类化合物,呈棕褐色至白色精细粉末,单体是无色针状结晶,熔点约为102℃,易溶于苯、氯仿和丙酮等有机溶剂,难溶于水。它来源于木兰科落叶乔木植物厚朴。
用途 厚朴酚具有明显的持久中枢性肌肉松弛、神经抑制作用,并具备抗炎、抗菌、抗病原微生物、抗溃疡、抗氧化及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。此外,厚朴还可用于抑制吗啡戒断反应和血小板聚集等。
在临床上,厚朴酚主要用于治疗急性肠炎、细菌性或阿米巴痢疾以及慢性胃炎等疾病,并通过干扰NF-κB的信号传导发挥抗炎症活性。
