对氟苯乙腈是一种苯乙腈类化合物。这类化合物有着广泛的应用,例如可作为生产辛硫磷、稻丰散、青霉素、苯巴比妥和咳必清等药物的原料。对氟苯乙腈还可用于制备阿瑞吡坦,后者为一种高选择性的神经激肽-1受体拮抗剂,在脑内与神经激肽-1受体结合发挥止吐作用。
制备在反应管中加入0.3 mmol碘化亚铜和0.3 mL甲苯溶剂,搅拌1分钟;随后加入0.5 mmol的K4[Fe(CN)6]、1 mmol对氟氯化苄和0.7 mL甲苯。密封反应管后,在180℃下搅拌20小时。待反应体系冷却至室温后,加入1 mL含有0.8 mmol/mL苯乙酮的二氯甲烷溶液作为内标,并搅拌均匀放置超过1小时,然后取上清液进行气相色谱分析。最终对氟苯乙腈的产率为85%。其分子离子峰(M+)理论值为135.05,实测值为135.1。
