Xanthohumol D 是从酒花中分离得到的一种醌还原酶 2 (QR-2) 抑制剂，其 IC50 值为 110 μM，并与 QR-2 的活性位点结合。体外研究显示，Xanthohumol D 对人癌细胞株具有抗增殖作用。
