制备将16.7克2-巯基苯并噻唑加入到100毫升二氯甲烷中,然后加入11.5克三乙胺搅拌溶解。随后,逐滴加入13.1克硫酸二甲酯,并在45摄氏度下搅拌2小时。通过薄层层析(TLC)跟踪反应完成情况后,使用水洗涤反应混合物并进行蒸干处理。残余液用100毫升无水乙醇溶解,在低温环境下搅拌结晶,从而得到白色结晶状的苯并噻唑-2-基-甲基硫醚(I)。经过过滤并在真空干燥箱中烘干后,最终可获得2-甲硫基苯并噻唑17.6克。
