制备方法与用途

生物活性

Santonin（Alpha-Santonin）是Artemisia cina的活性成分，可用于研究蠕虫感染。

化学性质

无色斜方楔形透明结晶或白色粉末。熔点为170-173℃，相对密度为1.187。它溶于醇、醚、氯仿、碱类和多数挥发油和脂肪油，微溶于水，并且可通过沸点升华。受光线照射后逐渐变黄。初无味，随后转苦，有毒。

山道年是一种含有两个双键的酮内酯，在碱性条件下可打开内酯环生成盐，再经酸化可恢复至原物。

用途

Santonin被用作驱虫药。它用于治疗蛔虫感染已有很长时间，并且疗效显著。

生产方法

山道年存在于某些紫蒿属植物中，可以从菊科艾属植物——蛔蒿的花蕾中提取。具体步骤如下：取蛔蒿花蕾，加入pH值为11-12的石灰乳热水浸煮，得到的浸出液用盐酸中和后减压浓缩，冷却后用盐酸调至pH 1-2，搅拌加热后获得环合液。将环合液充分冷却析出山道年结晶，所得粗品再经乙醇重结晶得成品。
