这是一种无色油状液体。其熔点为50-52℃,沸点在121-123℃(0.267 kPa)之间。它微溶于水,并能溶解于乙醇、乙醚和苯中。
用途
该物质用作有机合成中间体。
生产方法
将100克对甲氧基苯胺盐酸盐、270克三氯化铁(FeCl3·6H2O)、10克无水氯化锌与450毫升95%乙醇混合,搅拌加热后,滴加35克甲基乙烯基甲酮。保持温度在60-65℃,并在1.5至2小时内完成添加过程。回流反应2小时后冷却,并加入25%的氢氧化钠溶液调至碱性。随后进行减压蒸馏直至接近干涸状态。接着使用乙醚提取剩余物,从提取液中蒸除乙醚,再通过减压蒸馏收集121-123℃(0.267 kPa)范围内的馏分,最终得到42克产品,收率为52%。
