制备方法与用途

简介

单丁基三异辛酸锡是一种淡黄色透明液体,能够溶解于大多数有机溶剂而不溶于水。它是一类抗水解且用量少、催化活性高的酯化催化剂,主要应用于反应温度在210~240°C的酯化和缩聚反应中,最高反应温度可达250°C。该催化剂呈中性,对设备无腐蚀作用。反应结束后无需分离即可不影响最终产品质量。

应用

单丁基三异辛酸锡是一种有机锡化合物,可用于合成粉末涂料、卷(钢)材涂料和绝缘漆所需的饱和聚酯;适用于不饱和聚酯的合成;也可用于PBT工程树脂以及其它酯化和酯交换反应产物的合成。
