生产方法 二硫代二丙酸二甲酯与甲胺进行氨解反应生成N,N′-二甲基二硫代二丙酰胺,然后在乙酸乙酯溶液中通氯气反应。产物经过滤、洗涤、干燥即得。产品中两个活性组分的比例对产品性能有很大影响。

    Novel compositions of matter and processes for utilizing such compositions in preserving wood are described. More particularly, the novel compositions comprise (A) at least one metal salt of an organic carboxylic acid containing at least about 6 carbon atoms wherein the metal is selected from the group consisting of transition metals, zinc, mercury, antimony and lead, (B) at least one isothiazolone compound represented by the structural formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is an alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl group of 1 to about 18 carbon atoms; a cycloalkyl group having a 3 to 6 carbon atom ring and up to about 12 carbon atoms; an aralkyl or aryl group of up to about 10 carbon atoms; R.sup.2 is hydrogen, halogen or a lower alkyl group; and R.sup.3 is hydrogen, halogen or a lower alkyl group, and p0 (C) at least one solvent/diluent. The solvent/diluent may be water or one or more hydrocarbon solvents. The novel compositions of the invention are useful in preserving wood, and when so used, the compositions also may include flame retardants, water repellents, odorants, insecticides, etc.

    Methods and reagents are disclosed for enhancing the bioavailability of a hydrophobic drug, and in some embodiments for determining a hydrophobic drug, in a sample suspected of containing a hydrophobic drug. A combination is formed in a medium where the combination comprises the sample, a hemolytic agent where a determination of the hydrophobic drug is conducted, and a bioavailability agent for the hydrophobic drug. The bioavailability agent comprises an ionic detergent comprising a chain of at least 10 carbon atoms or a non-ionic detergent comprising a chain of at least 15 repeating ethylene oxide units or propylene oxide units or a combination of ethylene oxide units and propylene oxide units. The concentration of the bioavailability agent in the medium is sufficient to enhance the bioavailability of the hydrophobic drug. The medium is incubated under conditions for enhancing the bioavailability of the hydrophobic drug, and in a determination of the hydrophobic drug under conditions for hemolyzing cells in the sample. For determination of the hydrophobic drug, reagents for determining the presence and/or amount of the hydrophobic drug in the sample are added to the medium. The reagents comprise at least one antibody for the hydrophobic drug. The medium is examined for the presence of a complex comprising the hydrophobic drug and the antibody for the hydrophobic drug. The presence and/or amount of the complex indicates the presence and/or amount of the hydrophobic drug in the sample.

    A process for the prepartion of salt-free, and optionally water-free, isothiazolones comprising treating a solution of an acid salt of an isothiazolone with a basic anion exchange resin, perferably a weak base anion exchange resin, and separating the free base isothiazolone solution from the spent resin is disclosed. The resultant salt-free isothiazolones are useful as microbicides in environments where even low concentrations of metal salts are undesirable, for example, latex emulsions and corrosion sensitive aqueous systems.
