制备方法与用途

生物活性

Azumolene（EU4093游离碱），是一种类似Dantrolene的肌肉松弛剂，同时也是ryanodine受体调节剂，通过抑制ryanodine受体介导的钙释放发挥作用。Azumolene被用于恶性高热的研究。

体外研究

在小鼠肌管和成年肌纤维中，预先用20 µM Azumolene处理1-2分钟可抑制由后续添加咖啡因和ryanodine引起的SOCE（ store-operated calcium entry），促进依赖ryanodine受体的肌浆网钙库耗竭。

体内研究

在完整大鼠腓肠肌准备中，20 mg/kg剂量的Azumolene几乎可以达到最大效果。该剂量可将肌肉收缩幅度降低至对照值的31.9%。同时，Azumolene还减少了核周肌纤维中的肌肉收缩，降低了传入感受器放电反应。
