  我们完成了葛根素（1）（异黄酮C-糖苷）的第一个全合成。关键中间体β-d-吡喃葡萄糖基-2,6-二甲氧基苯（9）是通过将锂化芳族试剂（3）与吡咯内酯（2）偶联以56％的收率获得的。将（16）与对-甲氧基苯甲醛缩合，得到查耳酮（17）。在Tl（NO 3）3存在下，将受保护的查尔酮（18）环化为（19）。（19）的去甲基化是通过与TMSI在CH 3中回流来完成的。CN得到葛根素（1）。
