制备Robert G Charles等人以水杨酰胺和邻氨基苯硫醇为起始原料,在油浴温度220℃条件下反应4~5小时。然后通过真空蒸馏、重结晶纯化及干燥等步骤获得终产物——2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并噻唑,产率为72% [1]。该合成路线无需使用溶剂且操作简便,但在实验过程中需要注意防护措施,因为反应的原料邻氨基苯硫醇具有毒性,并且需要较高的温度。
