  本发明公开了一种3，4，5－三氟溴苯的绿色合成方法，包括以下步骤：将2，3，4－三氟苯胺和水加入到反应器中，然后加入氢溴酸和双氧水，混合反应，反应结束后制得2，3，4－三氟－6－溴苯胺；向上述制得的2，3，4－三氟－6－溴苯胺中，缓慢加入亚硝基硫酸的硫酸溶液，进行重氮化反应，得到重氮盐溶液；向上述制得的重氮盐溶液，加入次磷酸钠和多孔材料负载的氧化铜作为催化剂，进行反应，反应结束后对反应液依次进行蒸馏、碱洗水洗、减压精馏，得到目标产物；本发明以亚硝基硫酸代替亚硝酸钠作为重氮化试剂，无高盐废水排放，不但降低了生产成本，而且更加环保，采用氢溴酸作为溴源，并加入双氧水，溴原子利用率高，减少了氢溴酸的添加量，该方法中产生的三废量显著降低。
