制备方法与用途

用途

3-乙氧基-N,N-二乙苯胺是一种苯胺类衍生物，用作重要的精细化工中间体。

合成方法

(1) 将0.1mol间氨基苯酚、0.4mol液态氯乙烷和120ml乙醇加入500ml不锈钢高压釜中。在搅拌条件下缓慢升温至150℃，保持压力为2.2Mpa，恒温搅拌反应3小时后停止反应。升温速率为2～5℃/min。

(2) 反应结束后，在减压至10～20KPa的条件下蒸馏脱去溶剂乙醇，得到产物。经检测，纯度达到98%，收率高达99%。产品为间乙氧基-N,N-二乙基苯胺，总重量为19.5g。
