制备方法与用途

概述

3,5,5-三甲基己酸-3,5,5-三甲基己酯，又称异壬酸异壬酯，分子式为C18H36O2。这是一种无色、无味的液体单酯，具有独特的多甲基支链结构，是一种优秀的润肤剂。广泛应用于各种护肤产品、粉底霜和油性粉饼中。

用途

这种低粘度的油酯在皮肤表面形成一个疏水膜，防止水分自然蒸发，使肌肤光滑、柔软且肤感清新无油腻感。它对硅油具有极高的溶解度，并能有效解决硅油低温沉淀问题，在含有硅油的配方中非常稳定。此外，还具备良好的分散性。因此其用途广泛，需求量大。

以异壬酸和异壬醇为原料，使用酸性催化剂或金属催化剂。但由于这两种物质存在活性问题，直接反应难以使它们完全反应，后续提纯也较为困难。如果残留未反应的异壬酸和异壬醇，会影响产品性能并缩短保质期。

为了确保异壬酸与异壬醇完全反应，采用有机物甲苯或环己烷作为载水剂进行酯化反应合成异壬酸异壬酯。然而，在反应后，这些溶剂可能会残留于产物中，并增加后续的纯化步骤。若最终产品中仍含有这些溶剂，则在化妆品中的应用可能对人体造成危害。
