用途 生产方法将O-叔丁基-L-苏氨酸悬浮于二氧六环溶液中,与芴甲氧羰基叠氮进行酰化反应以获得粗产品。随后在pH值为9-10的条件下用乙酸乙酯进行抽提,并通过重结晶精制得最终产物。
