The Reformatsky reaction of 3-(bromomethyl)crotonate with an optically active epoxycyclohexane aldehyde derivative (3), followed by dehydration, gave the chiral dienoic acid (6)stereospecifically. The product was derived to optically active abscisic acid (1) and xanthoxin (2) successfully.
3-(溴甲基)巴豆酸酯与光学活性环氧环己烷醛衍生物(3)的Reformatsky反应,然后脱水,得到立体手性二烯酸(6)。该产物成功地衍生为旋光脱落酸(1)和黄嘌呤毒素(2)。
