制备

2-氨基-4-磺酸基苯甲酸的合成方法为：将邻硝基甲苯在25-85°C下溶解于纯硫酸中，然后滴加65%的发烟硫酸进行磺化反应，得到2-硝基-4-磺酸基甲苯；随后，在碱性条件下对上述产物进行自氧化还原反应，生成2-氨基-4-磺酸基苯甲酸。该反应在60-130°C下进行。

用途
