制备方法与用途

生物活性

Cyanidin-3-O-galactoside chloride(伊地那氯化物)是山楂果皮(EPHF)的提取成分之一,含量为179.4 mg/g。EPHF 具有强烈的AChE抑制活性。

体外研究

EPHF 展现出强大的抗氧化和AChE抑制作用(氧自由基吸收能力;ORAC值:11.65±2.37 μM Trolox当量 (TE)/mg,DPPH IC50 值:6.72 μg/mL,AChE抑制IC50 值:11.72 μg/mL)。此外,在剂量依赖性方式下,EPHF 对 MCF-7 和 SKOV-3 人类肿瘤细胞系表现出较高的细胞毒性,IC50 分别为2.76和80.11 μg/mL。

    Anthocyanin pigments, which are trot found in apple juice, were detected in rose cider. We confirmed by HPLC/DAD and LC/ESI-MS analyses that some of these anthocyanin pigments generated in rose cider during vinification corresponded to those formed in model cider containing anthocyanin and flavan-3-ol in the presence of acetaldehyde. To confirm their structures, two anthocyanin pigments formed in a model cider containing cyanidin-3-galactoside and (-)-epicatechin in the presence of acetaldehyde were isolated and purified, and their structures were elucidated by high resolution FAB-MS and H-1 and C-13 NMR analyses. These two pigments were found to consist of cyanidin-3-galactoside and (-)-epicatechin linked by a CH3-CH bridge at the 8-position.
