Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing

在室温下,将乙酸钠(365g,5.37mol)加入到2-甲氧基-4-甲基-3-硝基吡啶(250g,1.49mol)的乙酸溶液(1.5L)中。接着,在30分钟内逐滴加入溴水(639g,4.00mol)。加完后将混合物在80℃下加热12小时,直至TLC检查显示反应完成。冷却至0℃后,依次加入1.5L 10% Na2SO3水溶液和1.5L饱和Na2SO3水溶液淬灭。通过过滤收集所得固体,用水洗涤并干燥,最终得到目标化合物(302g,82.2%收率),为浅黄色固体。
