developed to afford pyrido[2,3–d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones derivatives and 2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives in moderate to good yields. This method not only establishes a new transformation of 1,3-dimethyl-6-amino-uracil and 2-hydroxychalcone but also provides an efficient method for the synthesis of pyrido[2,3–d]pyrimidine-2,4-diones and 2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives.
1,3-二甲基-6-氨基尿嘧啶与 2-羟基查耳酮的一种意想不到的 Brosnted 酸催化级联反应得到了吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-2,4-二酮衍生物和 2,8-二氧杂环[ 3.3.1]壬烷衍生物,产率适中。该方法不仅建立了1,3-二甲基-6-氨基-尿嘧啶和2-羟基查耳酮的新转化方法,而且为合成吡啶并[2,3-d]嘧啶-2,4-二酮和2,8-二氧杂双环[3.3.1]壬烷衍生物。
