合成过程如下:将7.9克(56毫摩尔)3-氟苯甲酸溶解于浓硫酸中,并冷却至0℃。随后逐滴加入4.7克(67毫摩尔)发烟硝酸。溶液在室温下继续搅拌1小时后,将其倒入750毫升水中,并用乙酸乙酯萃取三次,每次100毫升。合并后的提取物经过硫酸镁干燥并真空浓缩,最终得到淡黄色固体的5-氟-2-硝基苯甲酸9.6克(52毫摩尔),收率为93%。
