  本发明提供了一种新的头孢西丁酸的合成方法。头孢西丁酸是合成头孢西丁钠的原料，属第二代头孢菌素，它抗菌谱均衡，特别对革兰氏阴性菌有较强的抗菌作用，由于其7α位甲氧基的存在，能大大减少β‑内酰胺酶的水解作用，因此对β‑内酰胺酶稳定。本发明采用两步酶法连续反应生产出中间体3‑去乙酰基头孢噻吩酸，反应条件温和，工艺简单，操作方便，节省工时，大大提高了收率和产品质量，且两步反应都在水相中进行，在室温反应，大大降低了能耗和有机废水的排放，更加适合大规模工业化生产的要求。
