An efficient synthesis method targeted to a novel aziridine derivative of <i>p</i>-menthane from turpentine and its herbicidal activity

A novel aziridine compound N-acetyl-1,2-azacyclo-p-menthane d was synthesised using turpentine as raw material and characterised by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI+-MS and HRMS. The pre-emergence herbicidal activities of d and its synthetic intermediates cis- and trans-N,N′-diacetyl-p-menthane-1,8-diamine (b2 and b1) were determined. The result showed that d exhibited much higher herbicidal activities
以松节油为原料合成了新型氮丙啶化合物N-乙酰基-1,2-氮杂环-对-薄荷烷d,并用FT-IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,ESI + -MS和HRMS进行了表征。测定了d及其合成中间体顺式和反式N,N'-二乙酰基-p-薄荷烷-1,8-二胺(b2和b1)的出芽前除草活性。结果表明d对b黑麦草,一年生黑麦草,Digitaria sanguinalis和Ixeris的除草活性远高于b2和b。b1。该IC 50的d针对这三种植物的根和枝条生长均低于1毫摩尔大号-1。与此相反,该IC 50的B1和B2对这些植物的根和枝条生长均大于10毫摩尔大号-1。
