生物活性

L-NMMA acetate是一氧化氮合酶 (nitric oxide synthase) 抑制剂，能够抑制一氧化氮合酶的所有亚型 NOS1、NOS2 和 NOS3。对 nNOS（大鼠）、eNOS（人）和 iNOS（小鼠）的 Ki 值分别为 0.18 µM、0.4 µM 和 6 µM。

体外研究
