摘要 三氟乙酸诱导异戊内酯的Δ 4,14 外-双键迁移至内-位(Δ 4 ),形成别阿内酯。已经筛选了理论上导致异戊内酯转化为其在Δ 3位具有双键的合成上较难获得的异构体(硫酸、高氯酸、甲酸、吸附在各种载体上的内酯的微波辐射)的不同条件。异戊内酯与碘的回流导致快速转化,主要形成在 Δ 3和 Δ 4位具有双键的内酯异构体在大约相等的产量。分子碘也被证明是脱氢木香内酯异构化的最佳试剂。
