2,6-二氯苯酚以100毫克/千克的单一剂量口服给予雄性Wistar大鼠。7天后,有64%以原形从尿液中排出,21%作为羟基代谢物,15%作为氯化代谢物(累积尿液排泄)。气相色谱/质谱对甲基化尿液提取物的分析显示,2,6-二氯苯酚先脱氯为2-氯苯酚,然后进一步脱氯为苯酚。
2,6-Dichlorophenol was administered orally to male Wistar rats as a single dose of 100 mg/kg. After 7 days, 64% was excreted in the urine unchanged, 21% as hydroxylated metabolites, and 15% as chlorinated metabolites (cumulative urinary excretion). Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry of the methylated urine extract showed that 2,6-dichlorophenol was dechlorinated to 2-chlorophenol and then to phenol.
