2′-氯-2,4-二氟苯乙酮是一种酮类衍生物,是合成新型广谱抗真菌药物伏立康唑的重要中间体。
制备在带干燥管的50 mL三口瓶中,加入6.65 g(0.05 mol)无水三氯化铝和9.9 mL(0.1 mol)间二氟苯。随后,缓慢滴加7.7 mL(0.1 mol)氯乙酰氯,常温搅拌反应4小时。反应结束后,在冰浴中加入少量水并搅拌放热,然后置于冰箱冷却析晶。抽滤、干燥后得到白色固体18.6 g(产率为98%),熔点为46-48℃。
