Hydroalumination of methyl nopol ether with a LiAlH4-3AlBr3 system is accompanied by a skeleton rearrangement and gives 6-dibromoalumo-7-methoxymethyl-2-menthene. Further hydroalumination affords a mixture of 2,6- and 2,5-bis(dibromoalumo)-7-(methoxymethyl)menthanes in 80∶20 ratio. Hydrolysis and oxidation of these organoaluminum compounds were carried out.
用 LiAlH4-3AlBr3 系统对甲基 nopol 醚进行加氢铝化反应伴随着骨架重排,得到 6-二溴铝-7-甲氧基甲基-2-薄荷烯。进一步加氢铝化得到 2,6- 和 2,5- 双(二溴铝)-7-(甲氧基甲基)薄荷烷的 80:20 混合物。进行这些有机铝化合物的水解和氧化。
