生物活性

Kushenol L 是苦参乙醇提取物的主要成分之一,来源于干燥的Sophora flavescens Ait根。它是一种类黄酮,具有抗糖尿病的作用。

体内研究

在成年雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠(体重300克)中进行的研究表明,Kushenol L (1 mg/kg, 口服) 的半衰期为2.26小时、最大血药浓度(Cmax) 为24.17 μg/L,并且其表观分布容积下的面积(AUC) 为54035 μg/h•L。
