  格雷帕沙星（1-环丙基-1,4-二氢-6-氟-5-甲基-7-（3-甲基-1-哌嗪基）-4-氧代-3-喹啉-羧酸，OPC-17116）（1）在体外和体内表现出有效和广谱的抗菌活性。为了鉴定格列沙星代谢物的结构，制备了17种可能的代谢物。其中，发现有6种化合物是大鼠，狗和/或人类中格列氟沙星的实际代谢产物（2a，b，4a，b和6a，b）。发现这些代谢物的抗菌活性弱于格列氟沙星。
