Synthesis, Antiviral Activity, and Mechanisms of Purine Nucleoside Derivatives Containing a Sulfonamide Moiety

Novel purine nucleoside derivatives containing a sulfonamide moiety were prepared, as well as their antiviral activities against potato virus Y (PVY), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) were evaluated.
