利胆药

利胆药物一般可分为两大类:利胆剂和增液利胆剂。利胆剂能够促进胆汁分泌,而增液利胆剂则仅增加胆汁的容量而不改变其成分。目前常用的利胆药物主要为胆酸类,包括胆酸钠、去氢胆酸、鹅去氧胆酸以及熊去氧胆酸等。
