简介

5-[2，6-二(4-吗啉基)-4-嘧啶基]-4-(三氟甲基)-2-吡啶胺，又称BKM120（盐酸盐）或Buparlisib，是由诺华公司研发的用于治疗乳腺癌的新药。目前该药物在转移性乳腺癌的治疗中正处于III期临床试验和验证性I/II期临床阶段。
