  在HTIB [PhI（OH）OTs的基础上，由9-氧杂双环[4.2.1] non-7-en-1-ol完成了5-（4-羟丁基）-2（5 H）呋喃酮的简洁合成，又名Koser试剂]介导的新型氧化断裂。手性（-）-（R）-5-（4-羟基-丁基）-2（5 H）-呋喃酮（> 99％ee）用于（+）-二丁胺A（1）的正式全合成。
