SYNTHETIC APPROACH TOWARD MITOMYCINS. SYNTHESIS OF 9-BENZYLOXYMETHYL-5-METHOXY-4-METHYL-3<i>H</i>-PYRROLO[1,2-<i>a</i>]INDOL-4,5-DIONE

2-Azido-3-(1′-benzyloxymethyl-2′,4′-pentadienyl)-5-methoxy-6-methyl-1,4-benzoquinone is prepared and its thermal decomposition under the presence of Cu(acac)2 affords the corresponding 3H-pyrrolo[1,2-a]indol-5,8-dione, which is the important precursor for mitomycin synthesis.
制备出 2-叠氮-3-(1′-苄氧基甲基-2′,4′-戊二烯基)-5-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,4-苯醌,并在 Cu(acac)2 存在下进行热分解,得到相应的 3H-吡咯并[1,2-a]吲哚-5,8-二酮,它是丝裂霉素合成的重要前体。
