  [EN] A process for the preparation of a colchinol derivative of the Formula (I): wherein each R, which may be the same or different, is selected from (1-6C)alkyl, benzyl and C(O)(1-6C)alkyl, or two RO groups together form a (1-4C)alkylenedioxy group and Ac is acetyl, by reduction of the corresponding enamide of formula (II): Colchinol derivatives with high enantiomeric purity are obtained by hydrogenation in the presence of a transition metal catalyst, particularly a catalyst selected from a rhodium complex, a ruthenium complex or an iridium complex. Novel compounds of formula (II'): wherein each R, which may be the same or different, is selected from (1-6C)alkyl, benzyl and C(O)(1-6C)alkyl, or two RO groups together form a (1-4C)alkylenedioxy group, and P is hydrogen or a suitable hydroxy protecting group are also described.
  [FR] L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la préparation d'un dérivé de colchinol répondant à la formule (I) : dans laquelle chaque R, qui peut être identique ou différent, est choisi parmi un groupe alkyle en C₁ à C₆, benzyle et C(O)(alkyle en C₁ à C₆), ou dans laquelle deux groupes RO forment conjointement un groupe alkylènedioxy en C₁ à C₄ et Ac représente un groupe acétyle, par réduction de l'énamide correspondant répondant à la formule (II) : Des dérivés de Colchinol avec une pureté énantiomère élevée sont obtenus par hydrogénation en présence d'un catalyseur de métal de transition, en particulier un catalyseur choisi parmi un complexe du rhodium, un complexe du ruthénium ou un complexe de l'iridium. L'invention décrit également de nouveaux composés répondant à la formule (II') : dans laquelle chaque R, qui peut être identique ou différent, est choisi parmi un groupe alkyle en C₁ à C₆, benzyle et C(O)(alkyle en C₁ à C₆), ou dans laquelle deux groupes RO forment conjointement un groupe alkylènedioxy en C₁ à C₄, et P représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe protecteur approprié de groupe hydroxy.
