New pregnane glycosides from Caralluma hexagona Lavranos and their in vitro α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase inhibitory effects

Three new pregnane glycosides in addition to four known compounds were isolated from the methylene chloride fraction of Caralluma hexagona Lavranos using bioassay-guided fractionation.
