Skin contact: Immediately wash skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.

flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. If irritation persists, seek medical

    本发明提供了一种三氯生的合成方法,涉及化学合成技术领域。三氯生的合成方法,包括如下步骤:(a)2‑卤代‑5‑氯苯酚与硅烷化试剂和碱反应,得到中间体I;(b)中间体I与2,4‑二氯苯酚、碘代碱金属盐和碱反应,得到中间体II;(c)中间体II与铜盐和水反应,得到三氯生。本发明提供的三氯生的合成方法,反应条件温和,不需使用强酸、强碱以及高温条件即可反应,可避免产生大量酸液、碱液和高温操作;也无需使用易燃易爆的有毒气体,安全系数高;并且不需使用重氮盐,可避免水解过程中产生大量苯并呋喃及二噁英等致癌物质,得到的三氯生杂质含量少,纯度高,能够满足药典标准及ICH对于原料药的要求。
