Immediate first aid: Ensure that adequate decontamination has been carried out. If patient is not breathing, start artificial respiration, preferably with a demand-valve resuscitator, bag-valve-mask device, or pocket mask, as trained. Perform CPR as necessary. Immediately flush contaminated eyes with gently flowing water. Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs, lean patient forward or place on left side (head-down position, if possible) to maintain an open airway and prevent aspiration. 制备方法与用途

性质

四乙酸铅是一种白色棱状吸湿性晶体。在热的冰乙酸中,其溶解度较大;而在冷溶液中,则溶解度较小(室温时约为0.072 mol/L)。它还可以溶解于苯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烷、硝基苯和乙腈等有机溶剂,但溶解度不大。遇水后会迅速分解为棕黑色的二氧化铅和乙酸。

实验室制备

在2 L圆底烧瓶中加入1080 g 冰醋酸和360 g 乙酸酐,然后逐步分少量加入600 g Pb3O4,并保持温度不超过65 oC。加完后升温至65 oC并继续搅拌直至固体完全溶解。冷却到室温,过滤,用冰醋酸洗涤得到约300 g 固体,在真空干燥器中干燥(如图1所示)。

母液重新回到反应瓶中,并加热至80 oC,在搅拌下通入干燥的氯气。反应结束后趁热过滤掉生成的氯化铅,并用冰醋酸进行洗涤。滤液冷却后再过滤,固体通过重结晶法再次获得一部分四乙酸铅(如图2所示)。

用途

四乙酸铅能够有效地诱导二氟二碘甲烷加成到烯烃和炔烃上,在有机合成中用作选择性氧化剂。
