1-Boc-吡咯烷-3-甲酸甲酯在常温常压下是黄色或黄棕色的低熔点固体,属于氨基酸类衍生物。该化合物可用于制备生物酶、激素以及部分维生素。
用途1-Boc-吡咯烷-3-甲酸甲酯可以用作生物激素和医药中间体。在合成过程中,酯基可以很容易地被还原为醛基或羟基等基团,而结构中的Boc基团则可以在酸性条件下水解脱除,生成二级胺产物。
合成方法将1-苄基吡咯烷-3-羧酸甲酯(1.13 g)溶解在乙酸乙酯(100 mL)中,然后加入10%钯碳催化剂(385 mg),再添加二碳酸二叔丁酯(1.35 g,6.18 mmol,当量1.2)。在室温下进行氢化反应8小时后,通过硅藻土过滤悬浮液,并在真空条件下浓缩滤液。最后,通过硅胶快速色谱法纯化残余物(75:25己烷-乙酸乙酯)。
