制备方法与用途

简介

阿莫地喹是一种人工合成的4-氨基喹啉抗疟药,其抗疟作用与氯喹相似,主要作用于红细胞内的疟原虫,能够迅速控制临床症状。该药物可以穿透受感染的红细胞,阻止疟原虫将血红蛋白聚合成不可溶的疟色素,从而导致疟原虫死亡。阿莫地喹对于抗氯喹的疟原虫也有效。

应用

阿莫地喹主要用于治疗由恶性疟原虫(包括氯喹敏感或耐药株)引起的急性发作期(发热期)疟疾。此外,该药物对间日疟和疟疾感染也有疗效。
