improved (up to 99%), the applicability for the synthesis of important aldehydes was wider in the absence of solvent. More importantly, the catalytic system could be recycled more than 7 times through vacuum distillation operation and provided a new synthesis method for the pesticide dinotefuran (Tetrahydrofuran-3-formaldehyde) and perfume (Lily aldehyde) intermediates.
在三乙胺(Et 3 N)作为添加剂的存在下,在合成气气氛下进行Rh催化的不同烯烃向相应醛的加氢甲酰化。研究了各种反应参数(包括膦配体、溶剂、添加剂)的影响。结果发现,通过在[Rh(cod)Cl] 2 /PPh 3中加入Et 3 N作为添加剂,催化体系,底物的转化率(包括环烯烃、内烯烃和直链烯烃,高达99%)和产物的化学/区域选择性得到提高(高达99%),在没有催化剂的情况下合成重要醛类的适用性更广泛溶剂。更重要的是,该催化体系通过减压蒸馏操作可循环使用7次以上,为农药呋虫胺(四氢呋喃-3-甲醛)和香料(百合醛)中间体的合成提供了新的方法。
