三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯具有出色的润滑性能、较高的黏度指数以及良好的抗燃性,并且其生物降解率超过90%。

应用

三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯是理想的酯型抗燃液压液,适用于环保要求严格的液压油、链锯油和水上游艇发动机油。此外,它还可作为油性添加剂,在锭子油、主轴油等工业润滑油以及轧制油、拉拔油、切削油等多种金属加工液中广泛使用。

用途

    The first lubricating oil composition of the invention comprises a polyol ester (A) as a base oil, a specific amount of a viscosity index improver (B) and a specific amount of an anti-wear agent (C), and the second lubricating oil composition of the invention comprises a paraffinic hydrocarbon oil (F) having at least 30 carbon atoms and a specific amount of a viscosity index improver (B), so that these compositions exert effects that they enable a life of watch battery to last long, they enable a watch to operate in the temperature range of -30 to 80°C with one kind of a lubricating oil, and they are free from change of properties over a long period of time. The third lubricating oil composition of the invention comprises an ether oil (G) as a base oil, a specific amount of an anti-wear agent (C) comprising a neutral phosphoric ester and/or a neutral phosphorous ester, and an antioxidant (E), so that this composition is free from change of properties over a long period of time and is favorable as a watch lubricating oil. The watch of the invention is a watch having a movable portion for which at least one composition selected from the above compositions is used.

    Disclosed is a grease composition for a precision instrument comprising a lithium soap grease or a urea grease, and an anti-wear agent, wherein the lithium soap grease and the urea grease are each a grease having no hydroxyl group in a molecule, and the anti-wear agent is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the grease composition. By the use of the grease composition for a sliding mechanism of a precision instrument such as a watch, an appropriate slip torque can be obtained, and the precision instrument such as a watch can operate stably.

    An engine decarbonizing system comprises a manifold with one central and four lateral bores. Pressurized air and decarbonizing fluid in separate containers are adapted to be co-mingled and fed to and through the manifold. A tube assembly has an output tube and two parallel input tubes operatively coupled. The output tube is coupled to the central bore and the two parallel input tubes are coupled to the containers for dispensing pressurized decarbonizing fluid.
