生物活性

原花青素 A1 (Proanthocyanidin A1) 是一种原花青素二聚体,能抑制蛋白激酶 C 激活下游脱粒或 RBL-213 细胞内部储存的 Ca2+ 流入。这种物质具有抗过敏作用。

体内研究

Procyanidin A1 可以降低小鼠免疫卵白素后的血清 IgE 和 IgG1 平。

用途

适用于含量测定、鉴定及药理实验等。
