制备方法与用途

药理作用

在HT-29细胞上，羟基茜草素对GPR35受体激动剂敏喘宁表现出脱敏作用，而GPR35受体拮抗剂ML145对其具有拮抗作用。由此可以推断，羟基茜草素为GPR35受体的激动剂。

应用

羟基茜草素是茜草的天然成分，可用作红、黄色染料对棉布进行快速染色。研究表明，羟基茜草素能与多种金属离子形成复合物，可用于检测锆、硼和钙等元素；此外，由于其分子中的六元芳环含有易于传递电子的羰基和羟基，富含电子特性，羟基茜草素能够与锂离子结合，可作为原料用于制作红紫素电极，并生产新型无毒持久电池。

生物活性

Purpurin（1,2,4-三羟基蒽醌、羟基茜草酸、维兰汀）是从茜草根及其他茜草科植物中分离出的天然色素，具有抗血管生成、抗菌及抗氧化作用。此外，它还能够有效抑制CYP1A1、CYP1A2和CYP1B1。

  The compressional sound velocity V-p for enstatite of polycrystalline specimens were measured at pressures from 40 to 140 GPa using the optical analytical techniques under shock loading. The dependence of V-p (in km/s) on Hugoniot pressure (P, in GPa) can be described by in V-p = 3.079 - 0.691 In(P) + 0.094(InP)(2). V-p satisfies Birch's law: V-p = 4.068 + 1.677 rho, where rho is corresponding density, which indicated that enstatite is stable throughout the conditions of the lower mantle. The wave velocity P is 0.5% lower and the wave velocity S is 2% higher than that of PREM respectively. We concluded that the lower mantle is mainly composed of perovskite-(Mg1-x, Fe-x) SiO3 and only a small amount of (Mg1-x, Fe-x) O is allowed in it.
