Abstract Four naphthohydroquinones and their glycosides, and 11 anthraquinones and their glycosides were isolated from the dried roots of Rubia cordifolia var. pratensis . 摘要 从茜草干根中分离得到4 种萘氢醌及其苷类、11 种蒽醌类及其苷类。蒲公英。其中六种,二氢甲氧基-3-(3'-羟基)异戊基-1,4-萘氢醌4-O-β-葡萄糖苷,2-甲基-1,3,6-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌3-O-β-葡萄糖苷,2-甲基-1,3,6-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌3-O-(3'-O-乙酰基)-α-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-葡萄糖苷, 2-甲基-1,3,6-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌3-O-(3',6'-O-二乙酰)-α-鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-葡萄糖苷和2-甲基-1,3,6-三羟基-9,10-蒽醌3-O-(4',6'-O-二乙酰)-α-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-葡萄糖苷,首次被分离时间来自天然来源。这些结构是通过各种化学和光谱方法建立的。
